One of the most common questions we get from recruits is, "What are your workouts like?" It's a tough question to answer because some guys simply want to hear "We train hard" while others would like to see a detailed training program with specifics about how much Threshold or VO2 max, while others just want to know how much yardage we do.

The simple answer is we try to train as specifically as possible with a sense of purpose in what we do. A better answer is to have you see for yourself. So here is a link to the workouts from our first two weeks of the season.
