One of the reasons for considering a place like Carthage is our
desire to develop a team where everyone contributes and where
everyone is held in high esteem by their teammates. To that
end, I define the ideal teammate as someone having five core
characteristics.
- Scores at the NCAA Championships
- Consistently earns a GPA of 3.50 or higher
- Is the or one of the hardest workers on the team
- Develops into & serves as an effective leader
- Is fun to be around.
