Ever wonder what we do for practices?   That's a tough one to answer.  Some guys want to know how much kicking, pulling, sculling, dryland you do.  Others just want to know yardage.  Still others just want to know your workouts are hard (or easy).  Best way I know to answer it is to show you everything.  So if you'd like, feel free to Download most all of our workouts from the 2011-12 Season.  It will give you an idea of some of the things we do and show you how much we try to specialized..
