We recently sent recruits a series of 20 Questions. Some were important things that I as a coach want to know. Questions like "What are five words that describe you?" or "Who do you admire?" get at the heart of a guy and help you get an idea if he will fit in with your team.
Other questions, however, are more for fun as in:

More importantly, we came across guys who will make a perfect fit at Carthage. The top five terms used by recruits to describe themselves: Hard-Working, Smart, Competitive, Dedicated and Determined.
Though props go out to a former swim camper who described himself as, "Really, really, ridiculouisly good looking." I'm sure Jessica will be impressed.
