Alums and Friends - a reminder that the 8th Annual Captain's Biathalon is set for next Saturday, September 13th. It's the annual kickoff to the new season.

If you're not up for a mile swim, four mile run, another mile swim and another mile run, well then you can still stop in, eat some pancakes and encourage the youngsters to the finish line.
