Coming back from the Patrick Woehnker Invitational right now. We
started out all over the map. Some good swims bit nothing
overwhelming and lots of cases where it seemed someone else snuck into
our guys' bodies because their techniques and tactics weren't what
we'd seen in practice thus far.

By day's end we started hopping. Nathan swam well only to keep coming
up 4th in the 50, 100, and 200. Kyle muscled his way to victory in
the 200 back. The best swim of the meet I felt was Pat Alfes in the
200 back or maybe Pat Inness in his 200 free. Overall we were much
better by the end of the meet which has been our trademark. The meet
culminated in a win for our 200 free relay. Rip, Blake, Ryan and
Isaac went a 1:26-mid. Final score was tight UIndy 606, Carthage 599.5

Now it's time to get home, get healthy and get back to training after
a couple of weeks plagued by the flu.
