NCAA's Day One

Quick note from NCAA's where the Lady Reds just crowned their first
National Champion. Amanda Croix won the 50 free just off the NCAA
record with a 22.77. For us guys it was our weakest day but a good
one to get under our belts. I'm excited to see what Lyle and Doug
have in store tomorrow.
