If you're reading this chances are you just received a letter from me, right?  I mean who is just going to happen to find CarthageSwimming.com on their own.

With the ease that Facebook has made updates almost instantaneous, most of our LIVE updates can be found at www.facebook.com/carthageswimming/.  This blog will still include updates, but mostly we hope you will use it as a resource to help learn about Carthage Swimming.

That also fits with my recruiting method which is basically to educate you about everything you could ever want to know about our program then let you decide if its the right place for you.  (Think of it as FOX News' "We inform, you decide" without the right-wing slant).  I'm not going to sell you on something we aren't because that won't help you make the right decision.  That said, the more you explore, the more you will find you can accomplish at Carthage.  With each passing year I'm more amazed by this place and the students who make it up.

So take a peek, look around, ask questions, and the like.  It is hard to walk away unimpressed by everything Carthage has to offer.  Just don't expect me to shove it down your throat.

And if you haven't done so, fill out a Swimming Questionnaire.   Yeah, its long.  But that helps weed out those who aren't serious about a great program and great school.  After all, not everyone has the qualities to make it onto our recruiting list.
